Let’s look at a consignment of large and variable sized cases needing to move by sea Container from the Packer’s warehouse in the UK to site in Shanghai.  Superior organised removal of the loose cases from the Packers to a specialist container loading partner, personally attending both sites to supervise, survey and ensure a smooth and damage-free process.

Firstly, our Customer thought they needed 5 or 6 x forty-foot containers.  Using our load-planning software, we were able to reduce this to 3, a massive cost saving of circa 50% off the bill!

Our Customer also considered buying used containers as there was a potential storage requirement at destination, however, Superior were able to navigate around this option by utilising the Ocean Carriers equipment and providing a plan for destination which enabled the Consignee and Carrier to resolve the storage issue.  Another substantial saving in cost.

Into this bargain, Superior managed all Export documentation requirements and were on hand to offer advice and guidance at every stage, including professional advice prior to the shipment taking place.
