Take a fabulous US Mega Super-Star, Dolly Parton - no less!

Superior were engaged by a US based logistics business to Customs Clear and deliver desperately required clothing and props for Dolly Parton’s UK tour.  There were two consignments, both critically urgent. On the second of these, due to Shipper complications issuing an essential ATA Carnet document in the States, it meant the BA flight carrying the goods would only arrive hours before delivery of the goods was required at the UK venue.  The challenge being a Heathrow Arrival in the morning and Dolly going on stage in Glasgow that evening. 

Superior were tasked with ensuring:-

• Customs Clearance was perfectly executed
• the cargo units immediately loaded to a waiting vehicle at BA’s Handling Agents
• a dedicated delivery was performed – the whole process being completed successfully within 1 hour of Dolly’ appearance 

Superior performed, as Superior does, and the Customer in the States said: “We appreciate the excellent performance by Superior UK to tackle the many issues thrown at you to still realize an express delivery.  It is a pleasure working with you!”
